As I am trying to keep everything in chat for all to enjoy, I intend this remains seldom used. But Chats between PCs may go here as well as being sent to me. Where and when are important to keep chats from taking place and having no context within the game. Continuity is our friend, though we may abuse him from time to time, like when a short trip to a bar occurs simultaneously with a fairly lengthy shopping trip. Continuity and game flow can be friends.
