Spinne Forcefields:
The Spinne are masters of Forcefield technology, and have begun to market and sell their own forcefield harnesses. As Spinne are a carnivorous species their development of energy weapons included weapons designed to stun targets with the intention of capturing and eating them live, as a result the Spinne developed Phased Emitter technology independent of China's development in the same field. These weapons have become popular for the police and for military missions where it is important to take down a target using non lethal tactics. The Spinne Phased emitter has no effect on Spinne forcefields (their personal models, not the marketed version.).
The Phased emitter pistol is identical to the Chinese model (Rifts China 2 page 142) and sold for 15,000 credits (7,000 to the platinum Shield and the Alexandria government. The Spinne Also make an underbarrel version that is identical to the pistol only it mounts under a rifle or shotguns primary barrel.
