House rulesThe Horror factor rule will be changed: Each time there will be encounters that require a horror check; you will lose some insanity points, depending of the situation. For each accumulating 10 insanity points, there will be a -1 to save vs. Horror check plus an accumulated chance to go completely insane. There will be an insanity roll (% roll) for certain situation and failure will make a roll on the insanity table. When you reach 99%, you will hopelessly mad and you will have to roll up a new character. I also use the perception rule from RUE. Code on the conduct on the boardUse the guideline of the general board. I want people to respect each other and conduct themselves in civilized manners. I wanted the players to enjoy themselve. Character selectionsYou can choose any of the BTS first and second edition character. BTS Character from the Rifter will have to meet my approval. I won’t allow any others character for any of the other Palladium setting (Nightbane, Rifts and others)

d**n, is this Call of Cthulhu? I aways like the insanity rule from Call of Cthulu ;D To me, it seen to fit well in the atmosphere of the BST setting and give some dept on the character as he acquire more knowledge on the supernatural.
