What to do now

Ok now that we have dominated Derek what do we do with him?

I know that we all want to get information from him and then kill him.

Margarita has a couple of idea's that will help both her and the rest of the party. Her plan is First the Night-lord remove all of his armor and if no one else wants it reshaped and sized for them turned into a trio of Dark blade type weapons. Secondly with all that excess magical power that we don't want him to use on us have him make as much of the most expensive precious metal as he possibly can(let the Night-lord pay for his kinds deaths.) Said material is to be shared equally among those members of the party who want their equal share.


Does anyone else have any better idea's on what to do with a dominated Night-lord?

I do like the idea of using his armor for some enchanted weapons. And we'll definitely want to kill him as soon as we can.

the reason I want him to use his armor to make said weapons is to denigh him his armor and having his create precious metals does two things.

A: he will use up all his magical energy doing it. Thus limiting him to physically beating on the party.

and B: the money.

Having him make the armor into weapons for us would work well, but using him to make precious metals would make a glut and deplete the value, although running him dry of PPE is always good.

For those of us with thousand+ year lifespans. Having a nest egg to fall back on is a good thing to have. Besides I did not suggest that the party sell all of the metal at once. What I was suggesting was as you say find a way to remove the Night lords thousand+ PPE. I'm just suggesting doing it in a way that has long term benefits for the whole party.

PS: We could always hire a Jeweler to make the precious metal into jewelry. That way we are not just dropping precious metal on the market. it would slow down what we are putting on the market and with the right jeweler we would still profit from it.

Let's see how much some nice weapons drain him. After that we can wing it.
