a) Psi-Stalkers
-can use PPE taken from a victim for other purposes (spell casting, etc) within one hour of absorbing it (otherwise it is digested or disipated normally). PPE from a ley line cannot be used in this manner (the unpleasant nature of the process is too distracting).
-can choose an OCC (as some descriptions note the percent of Psi-Stalkers among their ranks)
b.) Psi-Slingers
-can expend 10 ISP and do 1D6 MD per level of experience via charged rounds (ie: at Level 2 they can expend 20 ISP and do 2D6 MD). The wording of canon has lead some to argue it can only be 10 ISP and 1D6 ever, while others say any amount of ISP and 1D6 MD for every 10. i am compromising by limiting the capacity according to level.
