Ok, I remain very dissapointed this game did not get off the ground in Dec like I had planned.
Here is some info to keep you up to date on why it has not started yet and when I HOPE to get it rolling:
1) The other two players I was waiting on finishing their characters have put some time in, but events in our household have conspired against us all in the "find time" department (not the least of which was all of us catching a virulent cold that took some 10 days to get over....Hell, SD is still trying to shake it off)
2) My work has been going slightly nuts with what day I work and such. In addition to that, I have put in for a job that will, on the up sides, let me set my hours and be a promotion (more money etc). On the down sides, it will take up more of my time and be slightly higher pressure...
3) I have spent much of the past month fighting with the govt over my finances...Student Loans and my taxes. My taxes got royally screwed up by the place that does em and so I am getting them corrected...Student loans wants me to start paying them back, and it is more on a monthly payment than I make on a single cheque...so if I pay em I end up homeless (unable to pay my mortgage)....yeah, negotiating with them is a treat....
And those are the elements I am willing to talk about. Dec and Jan have been FUN months.
I REALLY want to get this game rolling. I cannot give an estimate of when at this time; partially because I don't have one and partially because I don't want to miss another one.
