The Kitsune Group is a small, Private Security Company based in Hiroshima in the Republic of Japan. Newly minted, little is known about the company or its effectiveness, however, its President, Sasha Romanov, is a well-known local Heroine that attracts some attention. It has a large, modified Mansion for its headquarters and is secluded. What is not known is that the company is funded by the Republic of Japan's government directly as a front for investigating current issues involving foreign powers.
Company Statistics:
Size and Orientation: Small time Company: Party Members plus a handful of supporting NPC's.
A. Sponsorship: Major World Government: The Company is backed by the Technological Paradise the Republic of Japan, giving even a startup company a variety of technological and weaponry to use. All members have high security clearance and licenses to use and maintain high-tech armor and weaponry.
B. Outfits: Gimmick Clothing: Uniforms are provided as well as high quality body armor available to all units. A handful of power armor are in the budget but presently unpurchased. In addition a wide variety of clothing, specialty clothing, custom made or otherwise expensive clothing is available to all members upon request, uniform or not.
C. Equipment: Electronic Supplies and Good Gear: The group has access to Good quality computers and miscellaneous electronic gear and can afford minor cybernetic enhancement of members. Party members have a personal budget of 25,000 to spend on electrical and communications gear for themselves.
Medical Equipment: The Medical room is small but fully stocked with medical gear, antibiotics, painkillers, anesthetic, protein healing salve, truth serum, various readers and scanners, robot medical kits, as well as two full life support units and emergency organ and limb prosthetics. Special, as Republic of Japan is the only place on Rifts Earth with advanced, free medical care to citizens this clinic is meant to provide minor treatment and emergency lifesaving measures. Any wounded character can go to a hospital and receive any and all needed, measures including cloned limb and organ replacement up to and including the entire body; or partial or full bionic conversion if desired. Although it would be a featureless basic model that replicates normal human range of ability by default: Advanced models are not a medical necessity. Only Psychic or Magical healing or elective procedures are charged.
D. Vehicles: Basic Vehicles: Special: In addition to the party's personal vehicles, the Garage comes with three vehicles: One is a large, nondescript Van capable, one lightly armored Van and one heavy APC. All three will be stated out in another post.
E. Weapons, Power Armor and Bots: Advanced Weaponry. Breakdown of available weaponry is in another post, with a 45 million dollar budget available for replacements or new weapons, power armor and vehicles available. The mansion has a recharger available for free recharges and 72 charged e-clips are and 20 charged long e-clips are available, and conventional munitions are replaced automatically from the aforementioned budget.

Communications: Deluxe Communication Network: The Mansion has a long-range, encrypted Radio capable of sending and receiving signals throughout Japan, it has a Supercomputer in the computer room that gives +25% on all computer hacking attempts. All party members have tiny ear radio/amplifiers that allow encrypted radio communication within a 10-mile range and with the republics communication systems anywhere within the republic of Japan itself. It also grants +2 initiative and able to listen in on a whispered conversation up to 60 feet away. Holographic AV equipment is available as well as for entertainment, and the mansion has an intercom system for quick communications in each room, as well as one full closet of miscellaneous cables, connectors, transistors, receivers and enough other gear and replacement parts to build new systems from scratch, all of the highest quality. All officers have access to a personal computer and handheld computer of the highest quality and a private network on their own server. All party members are issued a handheld computer as well. A communications contractor is pre-hired for any assistance and maintenance required on call at all times.
G. Internal Security: Lax. Party has a wall and tree covering, electronic cameras and entrance by key card only. No permanently stationed guards or other security measures but an IR laser alarm system.
H. Headquarters: The Mansion is provided as a permanent headquarters, combing living and office space for members. It has two floors, a basement and a bomb shelter, and a variety of gear in storage, fully stocked, with enough food to withstand a short siege. Is on the outer edges of town and any other facilities required are a short distance away.
I. Intelligence Resources: None, the party relies currently on their own investigations as well as Military intelligence where provided.
J. Special Budget: Small Potatoes: One million dollars is available to invest in new gear, facilities, or for special equipment and/or bribes. In addition, 20,000 in petty cash are available. Both refresh yearly.
K. General Alignment: N/A. The company consists of the Party negating the usual alignment issues. If you want to grow, investing some here might be a good idea...
L. Criminal Activity: Con man (special: PR/Spin Doctor for the Kitsune Group)
M. Reputation/Credential: Unknown: Newly formed, No one knows much about it, although the Credentials and Licenses provided by the government are impeccable, the company has no activities, good or bad, to its name.
N. Salary: Excellent Salary. All party members have uniforms, basic clothing and ammo paid for or reimbursed as a matter of course. Room and board is free if one chooses to live at the mansion. In addition, pay is superior to most established security companies and those party members who were selected as Senior Officers get executive level pay.

Hazardous Duty Pay: an extra 600 credits is paid every month in which the party undergoes a dangerous mission, and a bonus of 400 credits is awarded upon successful completion of a contract. Additional Promotions, pay raises and bonuses are awarded at the President's discretion.
