what would you guys think about having a kill house made. it would help us train to one group instead of many individualls. could also help with the learning of skills as well.

A kill house? What do you kill in a kill house?

If we have folks with the proper skills and enough grunt labor (i.e. everyone agrees to help), we can work out the materials and such pretty easily. ..... Yes I know I am the one with all the skills necessary. That's not the point.....what do you mean that is the point.....grrrr Get me a general layout and size, and what it will need on the inside, and assuming Sasha and Keiko are okay with it, we can build one. You're right, it would help with developing team tactics (and can help justify the acquisition of certain combat oriented skills by certain non-combat oriented persons).

Sasha would recommend against building a kill house. it is unnecessary, especially with how few people we have on staff, having a large scale training facility that a hand full of people would use occasionally (I can't see running practice battles more than twice a week at the absolute most).
However, given our situation (and that of Japan in general) it shouldn't be a problem to rent a kill house for a day or so. Renting, also saves us the trouble of paying to build/repair and re-arrange the house ourselves, and frees up our technical people for more useful pursuits.
That being said. Sasha would recommend building a firing range (minimum 2 firing positions maximum 4). And she would encourage hand to hand practice in the sand where the rock garden is now (rock gardens are nice, but this is a merc company HQ not a temple. we can surround the training area with decorative shrubs).

How about we work out a deal with some other security firm or corporation for some time on their killhouse facility, and just create an underground firing range (underground to hide the noise and so as not to break the symmetry of the grounds)

if you're going to rent places from the military, the range would be more advanced, and effective if you rented one of theirs as well. They'd have many, often unused ranges for most of the day. they really aren't hard to book even in present day if you have any affiliation with them.
