answer there. "I have no idea who Kryang is." Hector laughs with a
smile, genuinely amused. "But I suppose he's a true to god fucktard."

[20:08] nkoroleva: Hector grabs his head with both hands symbolically stopping it from spinning.

hands. It'll be hard to steal it since I have to give it to someone,
no one can take it from me. It won't allow that"

Hector looks marginally timid. "Don't hesitate to ask."

show it but is visibly distressed. "I was passed around like an STD in the sleaziest whorehouse Juarez has to offer."

[20:32] nkoroleva: Hector stops in his tracks, stunned.

[20:32] Agilbxr: *looks at him steadily, not accusing, but really
wondering why he does that to himself*
[20:33] nkoroleva: Hector shrugs and says unsure, "I don't think it's a lot."
[20:33] nkoroleva: Hector seems to be having a conversation in his
head about how stupid he is.
[20:34] nkoroleva: Hector returns to the question before hand. "How do you change what you don't like?"
[20:36] Agilbxr: *smiles at him* "one step at a time. You need to
start by deciding what it is you would like to change. Then, you need to figure out a plan of how to get there. For example, lets say you wanted to quit drinking. You know you drink 2 bottles of whiskey a day. Ok, so for the next two weeks, you decide to drink 1.5 bottles, then 1 bottle, then half a bottle, then none. Or, you can ask me nicely and I can detox you completely. But you still have to decide NOT to do the drinking."
[20:37] nkoroleva: Hector looks skeptical.

[20:31] nkoroleva: Hector looks doubtful, sitting back, introspective,
drinking. "I need a refill."
[20:31] nkoroleva: Hector stands, hesitates as if waiting for
something. And goes to refill his flask.
[20:31] Agilbxr: *watches him refill* "why do you drink so much?"
[20:32] nkoroleva: Hector stops in his tracks, stunned.
[20:32] nkoroleva: "Uh....."
[20:32] Agilbxr: *looks at him steadily, not accusing, but really
wondering why he does that to himself*
[20:33] nkoroleva: Hector shrugs and says unsure, "I don't think it's a lot."
[20:33] nkoroleva: Hector seems to be having a conversation in his
head about how stupid he is.
[20:34] nkoroleva: Hector returns to the question before hand. "How do you change what you don't like?"
[20:36] Agilbxr: *smiles at him* "one step at a time. You need to
start by deciding what it is you would like to change. Then, you need to figure out a plan of how to get there. For example, lets say you wanted to quit drinking. You know you drink 2 bottles of whiskey a day. Ok, so for the next two weeks, you decide to drink 1.5 bottles, then 1 bottle, then half a bottle, then none. Or, you can ask me nicely and I can detox you completely. But you still have to decide NOT to do the drinking."
[20:37] nkoroleva: Hector looks skeptical.
[20:37] nkoroleva: Hector appreciates the smile, he likes Anna's smile.
[20:38] nkoroleva: "I don't......................" Hector clears his throat. "I don't like that I don't know where to start."
[21:02] Agilbxr: "you already have started you know. Because you are thinking about it. You know that you want to change something, and you are, in your way, working out a plan of how to do it. It's not going to be easy, but I think you could do it"
[21:04] nkoroleva: Hector rubs his face and eyes.
[21:05] nkoroleva: "It's overwhelming."
[21:07] Agilbxr: "I don't doubt that" *smiles at him* "it gets easier
though. And it's worth it. I've been there, I do understand what you
are going through"
[21:08] nkoroleva: Hector blushes, feeling somehow inferior.
[21:08] nkoroleva: Hector looks at his flask, seems to have a thought, and takes a swig.
[21:09] nkoroleva: Hector ponders a specific tattoo on his chest.
[21:09] nkoroleva: "Where'd you start?"
[21:11] Agilbxr: "it was when I was pirating. I had my own ship for
the first time. I made the decisions about what jobs to take or who to attack. I went after what I thought was a merchant ship. I thought I was better than the other pirates because I didn't go after passenger ships, and we didn't kill anyone who didn't give us a good reason" *sighs and frowns*
[21:11] nkoroleva: Hector perks up a bit. "And?"
[21:12] nkoroleva: Hector's not really sure how to show compassion, let alone feel it.
[21:12] nkoroleva: Hector tries though.
[21:13] Agilbxr: "We fired upon the ship and boarded. After the
fighting was over, we found a young girl, dead. Her father was the
ships captain. " *looks at Hector with tears in her eyes* "I've always loved children. But I killed a young girl because of my greed and my pride. "
[21:14] nkoroleva: Hector sorta stops breathing,blinks a few times.
"no no no," slides forward reaching out but pulling back his hand
quickly.
[21:14] nkoroleva: "shit happens."
[21:14] Agilbxr: "I quit going after other ships, and stuck to
transporting goods. It was about a month later that Kryang sent me to retrieve the orb, and I ran. I did a lot of thinking while on the run, and I did a lot of changing in that time"
[21:15] Agilbxr: *nods* "shit happens. But I am the one responsible
for that childs death. That will be with me for the rest of my life.
I've accepted it, and I've moved on, made myself a better person I
think"
[21:16] nkoroleva: "So I gotta kill a kid?"
[21:16] nkoroleva: Hector immediately regrets saying that.
[21:16] Agilbxr: *laughs* "please don't"
[21:16] nkoroleva: Hector laughs, incredibly nervously.
[21:18] Agilbxr: *shakes her head* "no, you have to reach bottom.
Everyone's idea of bottom is different. For me, it was that child. For
Jeff, it was in a bottle. For you, well, that's up to you. Because
when you reach bottom you will know, and you will start clawing
yourself out of the pit" *tilts her head at Hector* "i think you've
reached your bottom and you're now working on clawing yourself out"
[21:18] nkoroleva: Hector remembers the last fight that took out his
gang. "You just gotta do," he tells himself. "You don't have a
choice," he says inaudibly.
[21:18] nkoroleva: Hector grins. "And if I haven't begun to defile myself?"
[21:19] Agilbxr: "Defile yourself?"
[21:19] nkoroleva: "If my degeneration knows no bounds."
[21:19] nkoroleva: Hector is visibly struggling to talk.
[21:19] Agilbxr: "well, then you should be happy with what you are now. "
[21:20] nkoroleva: Hector makes a circle with his lips as if he's
going to say something, looks around, sits back, drinks.
[21:20] Agilbxr: "if your degeneration knows no bounds, then you won't
WANT to change yourself. I don't see that personally, but I'm not
psychic either" *watches him* "what are you thinking?"
[21:21] nkoroleva: "I uh. Here's the thing. Oh fuck," sighs slowly.
[21:21] nkoroleva: "I'm going to die soon. I know it."
[21:21] Agilbxr: "why?"
[21:22] nkoroleva: "And there's a few things I want before hand."
[21:22] nkoroleva: Hector shrugs. "I don't know how. I just know."
[21:22] nkoroleva: "Nightmares, flash backs."
[21:22] nkoroleva: "shit just comes out of nowhere and zaps you."
[21:23] Agilbxr: "are you a psychic?"
[21:23] nkoroleva: "I...........must be."
[21:23] nkoroleva: "That or I'm bat fucking crazy."
[21:23] nkoroleva: Hector chortles. "Or both."
[21:26] Agilbxr: *grins* "I guess that's a possiblity both. Here's the
thing as I see it. We can all die at any time. Technically speaking,
I'm immortal. But I'm not immune to bullets or a well placed sword.
But I can't LIVE thinking about when or how I'm going to die. I'll go
bat fucking crazy!"
[21:27] Agilbxr: "if you want something, spend your time worrying
about how to obtain it, not about what happens if you die first"
[21:28] nkoroleva: Hector nods.
[21:28] nkoroleva: Hector looks thoughtful.
[21:28] nkoroleva: "You know those word association games?"
[21:29] Agilbxr: *nods*
[21:29] nkoroleva: "Libertine."
[21:29] nkoroleva: "Don't think about it."
[21:30] Agilbxr: *the Marquis de Sade?"
[21:31] nkoroleva: "Who?"
[21:33] Agilbxr: "sorry. The Marquis de Sade was a french guy that was into bizarre sexual practices." *looks at Hector quizzically, but not the least bit critically*
[21:33] nkoroleva: Hector purses his lips.
[21:33] nkoroleva: "Interesting."
[21:34] Agilbxr: "why?"
[21:34] nkoroleva: "How bizarre?"
[21:34] nkoroleva: Hector shrugs, "I didn't know someone could be famous for being a fuck perv."
[21:34] Agilbxr: "bondage, whips, and chains, and stuff like that"
[21:34] Agilbxr: "you've met Aliza, right?"
[21:35] Agilbxr: "she's quite famous in this town, and will do about
anything. Come to think of it, I think she has done about anything"
[21:35] nkoroleva: Hector's face changes to something kinda sad
briefly but the expression goes away as quick. Hector nods, "but I'm
not sure how much I've met her."
[21:35] nkoroleva: Hector nods. "I had heard. But I hear a lot."
[21:36] Agilbxr: *nods* "I don't know if anyone is really. I often
wonder what she's really like"
[21:36] nkoroleva: Hector nods starts to say "me, too" and then
changes the subject. "And you?"
[21:36] nkoroleva: Hector looks curious.
[21:37] Agilbxr: "what am I really like? or am I into S&M?"
[21:37] nkoroleva: "Yeah. Sex."
[21:41] Agilbxr: *smiles* "I like sex if that's what you are asking.
But I am one of the rare ones around here I think. I was raised in a
catholic orphanage, and I feel like sex should be between two people who love each other, and only between those two people. " *chuckles* "I feel like I'm confessing here. I don't feel it's right to sleep with others when you are in a relationship with someone else. I love Jeff, and therefore he is my only partner"
[21:42] nkoroleva: Hector thinks "you grew up in the wrong Catholic orphanage."
[21:42] nkoroleva: Hector smiles.
[21:42] Agilbxr: *laughs* "possibly"
[21:42] nkoroleva: "Definitely." Hector winks slyly.
[21:43] nkoroleva: "I like Tanja," Hector blurts out.
[21:44] Agilbxr: *smiles* "tanja's a nice person. I worry for her
though, with what she's doing now. But that is her decision I guess"
[21:45] nkoroleva: "She's a ray of sunshine that could pierce any darkness."
[21:45] nkoroleva: Hector bares all and then closes up.
[21:45] nkoroleva: "What's she doing here? Scouting the planet for colonization?"
[21:45] nkoroleva: Hector makes a lame joke.
[21:46] Agilbxr: *smiles widely* "tell her that. Trust me, a woman
always likes to know when someone thinks nice things about them"
[21:47] Agilbxr: "follow it up with a single daisy or something silly
like that, and you'll have her grinning all day for now reason"
[21:47] nkoroleva: Hector laughs out loud. "You're yanking my chain now."
[21:48] Agilbxr: *shakes her head* "nope, dead serious. We like that kind of thing. All of us. Every time. Even when we don't admit it."
