Zeus Class Kinetic Kill Satellite
This Satellite is basically a rack that holds 10 friction-resistant heavy MDC poles. When a encrypted radio signal is sent to the Satellite it drops one of the poles which is strong enough to survive re-entry which impact on the ground with force near that of a nuclear blast.

Max Speed: Gas thrusters enable the satellite to stay in orbit and move into position at about 300 mph
Power Source: Long life electric battery that can power the minimal electric needs of the satellite for 10 years.
