Silvie: "Hola Joce, what's up?" Silvie asks her. "I'm going out for a meal what to join me?"
Jocelyn: "ok, where are we going?"
Silvie: "just out to a grill for a couple of steaks." Silvie answers with a grin.
Jocelyn: "well, perhaps I'll find an appetite along the way," and Jocelyn waits for Silvie to lead the way.
Silvie: Silvie starts walking the streets of Juarez and seems to be wandering a bit window shopping as she goes. To Joce it looks like Silvie might possibly be checking for tails.
Jocelyn: "Found what you're looking for?"
Silvie: "Nope." Silvie answers. "Something bad is going on and I don't know what."
Jocelyn: "Sometimes not finding what you're looking for is a good thing. Sometimes not.. Uncertainty's a bitch no matter which one cuts it."
Silvie: Silvie motions Joce into a darkened alleyway. "Then lets talk in private then."
Jocelyn: Jocelyn follows Silvie.
Silvie: Silvie pushes Joce against the wall and gets intimatly close to Joce. She lifts Joce's leg around her waist and leaning close says." Now that it looks like two people fucking we can talk."
"From the looks of it This El god has gotten at least three Pantheons after him including his own."
"This isn't good as if my recent studies of religions goes Entire Cities have been vaporised as if by orbital energy cannons durring god fights."
Jocelyn: "Alright, ease off a little. People already know who we are. You didn't have to drag me all the way out here and jam me up against the wall to drop your thoughts on me."
Silvie: Silvie leans back a bit. "Still you have to worry about a god who is trying to pick a fight with everyone else in the megaverse. We as in all of us are nothing compaired to the shit that could happen if this guy isn't stomped."
Jocelyn: "Well it sounds like the rest of the crew has that in mind, right?"
Silvie: "Still it worries me as I came down here in order to make some money and then relax with a harem by a pool for a couple of decades." Silvie says. "That plan went out the window really quick."
Jocelyn: "Yea," Jocelyn says, fishing for a fuller response. "And?"
Silvie: "I have a plan that might work in blindsiding the bastard although it might work a bit too well." Silvie says with a sad smile.
Jocelyn: "You have a plan?" Jocelyn blinks skeptically. "I'm listening."
Silvie: "You know how we all have our own things going and we bickker and fight constantly?" Silvie says. "Now if we start fighting till the point where we break up as a group where does that leave our enemies?"
Jocelyn: "With already doing the divide in 'divide and conquer' for them?"
Silvie: "Exactly it gives then a perfect time to strike." Silvie says. "But if we are not really divided and we are insted sucking them into a trap?"
Jocelyn: "Have you a clear definition of "them" and are "we" all in agreement yet?"
"I assume not at least ont he latter if we're out here in an alley, away from their ears."
Silvie: Silvie rubs Joce's leg. "I'm just throwing out an idea right now. I haven't planned it out yet but I would have to talk with Anna in private about it."
Jocelyn: "Don't do that," Jocelyn pushes Silvie's hand away. "Alright, well, we're flying a helicopter without using the pedals at the moment. We need more information from all corners of the operational environment, from friendlies to hostiles. We have a target, but we don't know it's strength, disposition, composition, or capability. Last thing I want to do is set a trap and find out we've bitten off mor
e than we can chew."
Silvie: "True." Silvie says. "I do need to know who to start sniping."
"As far as your leg goes I'm thinking that we both like where it is." Silvie says with a smile.
Jocelyn: "Silvie, if you don't know by now, I don't parse my words." And continues about the plan, "well, decapitating is a typical strategy since it can cause chaos and loss of morale in the ranks, and even cause an internal power struggle. Or the leadership can be largely figureheads if the cult is cohesive enough on its own. Like I said, we're flying blind at the moment."
Silvie: "So then how do you supose we do that then." Silvie says. "I can find contraband in a heartbeat but I'm not streetwise and I don't know how to take pictures of people."
Jocelyn: "Aliza, city rats, they're the ones that know the street, right?"
Silvie: "Right." Silvie says spinning Joce around so that Joce is pressing Silvie against the wall.
Jocelyn: "So let's go find some?"
Silvie: "So where do you sugest going?" Silvie asks still wrapped up in Joce. "Unless you feel like a tough of downtime?"
touch*
Jocelyn: "I haven't really figured out where the information brokers hang out," Jocelyn steps back from Silvie, and produces some maps from a dimensional pocket, "I've been marking these things up on the few walk abouts I've managed, but nothing too useful. Yet. Maybe there's more you know about the adversary that you can tell me about." Taking another step back, "like two normal adults talking."
Silvie: "Where is the fun in that?" Silvie asks. "Besides being all business all the time isn't good for anyone."
Jocelyn: "You don't get it, or you don't accept it. I'm not like you. Do yourself a favour and stop trying."
Silvie: "Or so you have told yourself." Silvie says walking away. "I'm buying dinner so how do you like your steak."
Jocelyn: "I'll just watch you eat."
Silvie: "Sure you will." Silvie directs Joce to a bar and grill and orders the largest steak they have, a bottle of wiskey, a pitcher of beer and two glasses.
Silvie pours two glasses of beer and slides Joce one.
Jocelyn: Jocelyn looks at the beer. She can't see throught it, so she'll drink it.
Silvie: (it's strong beer and is suprisingly smooth.)
Jocelyn: {"Talk verbally or telepathically. You're choice."}
Silvie: {you're psychic?}
Jocelyn: Jocelyn nods.
Silvie: Silvie downs a beer with a wiskey chaser. For a human she would be looking to get drunk, for a demigoddess she's not even properly getting bussed.
{I'm thinking about targeting their allies here in town and make it known that the Cult of El is a loosing team.}
"Do you want me to order you a girl or a boy?" Silvie asks.
{for cover.}
Jocelyn: "I'll just watch," Jocelyn says, her left side of her mouth curling into something resembling a half smile maybe. {"Who are their allies? What about discrediting the cult to its own membership? Or are they too hardcore?"}
Silvie: "Hey girl could you give us some company?" Silvie asks a teenage barslave.{I would say attack their allies and get the rank and file scaried and then kill off the hardcore members.}
Silvie welcomes the barslave onto the chair next to her. She shares her food and drink with the girl.
Jocelyn: {"We've really got a lot of work, serious work, ahead of us. Are you going to be able to concentrate on the tasks at hand and not be distracted by little girls' pussys?"}
Silvie: "Not to worry things are going according to plan." Silvie says outloud. "If she behaves herself she'll get a reward."
{And hopefully she knows who talks about what around here.}
Jocelyn: {"Hopefully,"} Jocelyn sits back and drinks some more beer, looking around.
Silvie: *the grill looks to serve your mid level scum. Not the guys on the street but guys who run the street level villany.
Jocelyn: "Come here often?" Jocelyn asks Silvie.
Silvie: "Not really." Silvie says pulling the girl close to her. "The food is good and the slavegirls are nice but the clients keep trying to fuck me when I'm not interested."
Jocelyn: "I know what you mean," Jocelyn says sharply, and looks at the slave girl, and then looks away.
Silvie: *the slavegirl looks at joce nervously.
Jocelyn: {"So what's the story on Aliza. I gather she's left and returned much to everybody's surprise...and...pleasure?"} Jocelyn turns her eyes back to the slave girl and smiles a little as if to say, "it's alright," but Jocelyn probably can't pull it off.
Silvie: {Aliza was Ringo's favorite prostitue and she hired me to get Ringo back from a zombie overrun version of earth. a little latter she ran off after I took her on a little trip to a different earth. Apparently she now works for a goddess who is El's wife.}
Jocelyn: {"You mentioned El has some other enemies. Who?"}
Silvie: {Zeus, anna's dad. My family apparently and I don't know what other pantheons hate him.}
Jocelyn: {"Ah."} Jocelyn drinks some more beer. {"We'll have to talk to them, Anna and Aliza, about what they know."}
Silvie: "yeah,So what do you think?" Silvie says looking over the girl.{They are vital to our plans.} "She's been good should we keep her?"
{Say yes as I'm buying all of their slaves in any case.}
Jocelyn: Jocelyn smiles at the slave girl, "of course she has."
Jocelyn was trying to be comforting but almost certainly failed.
Silvie: *Silvie smiles and after kissing the girl on the cheak goes to pay the barman.
Jocelyn: "ok, where are we going?"
Silvie: "just out to a grill for a couple of steaks." Silvie answers with a grin.
Jocelyn: "well, perhaps I'll find an appetite along the way," and Jocelyn waits for Silvie to lead the way.
