Here are the street urchins that Elexorien has taken into his care within his Dojo:
Arpod: Boy, age 15. The apparent leader and voice of this group of streetwise kiddos.
Hamath: Girl, age 13. The only girl among the urchins. She is coming of "that" age.
Taxo: Boy, age 10. The "baby brother" of these three. Still a child, but learned of the streets of Juarez.

At the orphanage:
de Ursua - older gentleman, claims to have traveled the world and beyond. Rogue Scholar and normal human
Maria Alonzo - mid-thirties woman acting as the children's keeper at the orphanage. She is a normal human from a village in the Pecos.
Maddie - Teen daughter of Maria, currently owned by Don Marco's thugs.
Bryce - pirate and shipwright, helping rebuild the orphanage while Anna's fleet is in port.
Vaughn - career pirate staying with the orphanage as spare labor and protection.
Claire - young girl (10) who dreams of a lion named Aslan and is the leader of the orphans.
Ludo - thirteen year old human boy, not very bright. Follows Anna like a lost puppy.
Sally and Jen - d-bee girls aged 11. They are twins and not quite human in appearance.
Also among the orphanage are Sammy and Lery.
