Known background information: Colbey claims to have been one of several (the number changes every time he tells the story) children trained from birth to be a warrior worthy of becoming Astrid’s champion. Although he also claims to have been raised by the minions of one of the knights of Ya’Blik (this varies with each telling). Colbey also claims at different times to be named after a character in a book that Astrid likes or her favorite type of cheese.
Resent Activities: he has recently married Astrid, however being her husband doesn’t get him off the hook as far as his duties as her champion.

History
Known background information: Tsadjya was born to a magically strong people, but she was born a goddess. As she grew so did her cult, supplanting the worship of the elements that had proceeded her. Eventually the entire world recognized her as their deity, and her people blossomed under her benevolent hand. Eventually another race found it’s way to her world, they were a genocidal warrior race who would come down shooting everyone in sight and would leave with slaves. The Intsujya however, feeling pain as pleasure, saw these actions as being friendly, and did nothing to protect themselves, and those carried off as slaves went willingly with beings they thought to be friendly and peaceful. Eventually the invaders determined to wipe out the Intsujya, and left behind a device that would change all the world’s rain into a potent acid, this killed off all the plant life on the planet and the Intsujya became extinct. No one knows what happened to the Intsujya who were carried off as slaves, it is possible that their descendants still exist to this day.
