mrc0006: *walks up behind her, he's quiet, REAL quiet actually. It would be like having a ghost nearby, he is that swift and silent. She probably wouldn't realize he was even there until he sat down right next to her* "Haio, One-chan..."
utu_balasteer: *yelps and throws herself off the building.. and quickly teleporting onto the NEXT building before looking back, hand to her chest seeing who it is* "Oh! " *chuckles* "You scared me. uh.. be back in a second?"

mrc0006: *he picks her up and cradles her in his arms, amazingly gentle* "Hold on, One-chan. This will be very quick..." *he closes his eyes momentarily focusing before taking off at a great speed, leaping onto buildings and over gaps with ease and not losing pace*
utu_balasteer: *holds on very tight, not having been able to go this fast herself*
mrc0006: They arrive at the dojo in quick order, unsurprisingly at that pace. Elex let's her down, again, gently, before entering into the dojo. Then to the kitchen. He again begins pulling out all the proper supplies and foods. He then goes through preparing a few dishes, making sure LG is following well*
utu_balasteer: *follows along, asking questions as they go, getting some hands on experience as they do so as well hopefully*
mrc0006: *he goes through the motions of making several sushi plates, and then he explains to her how each of them is made in proper order. He then goes about preparing the table for them as well*
utu_balasteer: *is sure to ask questions and insist upon trying to make some herself too* "Thank you for showing me." *smiles*
mrc0006: *nods silently and helps her go through preparing some of the dishes... seeming to enjoy the time, and only answered the questions to the point of providing adequate answers. He seems to simply enjoy the time in silence as best as he can without being rude*
utu_balasteer: "It's like a magic ritual.. with less magical energy and more.. something else. something that you see and I don't. i think."
mrc0006: *glances over at her and looks back to the food* "What do you think that is, One-chan?"
utu_balasteer: "like.. " *breathes a sigh, thinking* "an extension of the soul.. a spirit or something."
mrc0006: "It is. In a manner of speaking. It is an expression of sorts..." *frowns slightly* "It is meant to be a way for one to express themselves unto others. It is... more so that the people who eat this... are not simply eating food. It is not about survival."
mrc0006: "It is about enjoying... life. Taking time to enjoy the simple matters... such as culinary arts."
utu_balasteer: *smiles and nods* "Right. that's why I enjoy it so much too."
mrc0006: *nods* "In a way... it is not so much that you are just eating a meal... It is more that you are taking time to enjoy something... more." *he thinks upon it a little more* "More goes into these sort of things than simple materials and ingredients... As with any art... a part of the creator exists within their art."
utu_balasteer: "Right." *smiles, closing her eyes a moment just to lean against Elex, finding comfort in that*
mrc0006: *allows her to stay there, turning slightly red at the intimate moment, but he allows it to continue for a while after he has finished* "The food is ready, One-chan..." *begins moving everything to the kitchen*
utu_balasteer: *follows along, doing as directed to move things, carrying her own smaller plate of pieces that she worked on.* "I'll get better.. I'll be able to do the same. they'll have a bit of myself in them just as you have done with these."
mrc0006: *nods solemnly* "It is how is spread. It is like a legend. Somebody tells it. Somebody remembers it. Everybody carries it on..."
utu_balasteer: "Aye... I'll remember. I hope I'll be able to pass it on someone too."
mrc0006: *nods and smiles slightly as he begins to eat his meal in silence, enjoying the atmosphere*
utu_balasteer: *does so as well... saddened still that her best friend is leaving.. at least best friend. eating each pieces slowly.. savoring as she savors each moment spent with him*
mrc0006: (Dragon in love... It's so sweet...) *once they have completed the meal, he then goes through the ritual of cleaning up the table, even THIS has a way to it. It's own sort of ritual. And once it is complete, the table looks as though no one had even been there*

" *she wants to tell him so badly but wouldn't dare outright say it now. after having been with him 'alone' again with Chu'Si. not wanting to go through that again. just catches his eyes a few times.. the look on her face probably saying it all. she more than just cares about him. and unlike most of the women that Elex meets she doesn't want to rape him*
mrc0006: (Here's an interesting twist...) *at an off glance, hell use empathy on her, for a gauge of her emotions... he probably shouldn't need to... but the poor guy, he's dense sometimes*

mrc0006: (Another matter entirely...) *blushes slightly, for no apparent reason to her, and finishes his ritual cleaning. He then walks up to her, looking down at her slightly. His expression is a hard one to read. Like many of his facial expressions, it's not clear what he's thinking* "One-chan." *walks up to her and gives her a hug. It's a warm, inviting and gentle embrace. Yet at the same time, there is that silent strength or power in it* "I will miss you while I am gone. Perhaps... in the night... if you think of me, think of what I am to you. Believe in it. I can visit you in your dreams..."
utu_balasteer: *embraces him in return, not able to form words. and trying to not use her full strength*
mrc0006: *holds for a few, precious, moments, before finally releasing himself from that embrace, however, he places his hands on her shoulders and looks her in the eyes* "One-chan, now I must ask you to do something... You will not want to do it, you will fight it with every part of your being... I know you will, for I can feel it within you." *he continues to look at her, a slight frown forming on his face* "I ask you now... to leave me here..." *points directly at her chest, her heart actually* "...but do not leave me here. For that is where it means the most to keep others."
utu_balasteer: *looking him back in the eyes, those crystal blue eyes, teared up, she takes his hand, she sniffs* "would it be so wrong to say that I love you... even.. if you have a mate.. "

mrc0006: "It is about enjoying... life. Taking time to enjoy the simple matters... such as culinary arts."
utu_balasteer: *smiles and nods* "Right. that's why I enjoy it so much too."
mrc0006: *nods* "In a way... it is not so much that you are just eating a meal... It is more that you are taking time to enjoy something... more." *he thinks upon it a little more* "More goes into these sort of things than simple materials and ingredients... As with any art... a part of the creator exists within their art."
utu_balasteer: "Right." *smiles, closing her eyes a moment just to lean against Elex, finding comfort in that*
mrc0006: *allows her to stay there, turning slightly red at the intimate moment, but he allows it to continue for a while after he has finished* "The food is ready, One-chan..." *begins moving everything to the kitchen*
utu_balasteer: *follows along, doing as directed to move things, carrying her own smaller plate of pieces that she worked on.* "I'll get better.. I'll be able to do the same. they'll have a bit of myself in them just as you have done with these."
mrc0006: *nods solemnly* "It is how is spread. It is like a legend. Somebody tells it. Somebody remembers it. Everybody carries it on..."
utu_balasteer: "Aye... I'll remember. I hope I'll be able to pass it on someone too."
mrc0006: *nods and smiles slightly as he begins to eat his meal in silence, enjoying the atmosphere*
utu_balasteer: *does so as well... saddened still that her best friend is leaving.. at least best friend. eating each pieces slowly.. savoring as she savors each moment spent with him*
mrc0006: (Dragon in love... It's so sweet...) *once they have completed the meal, he then goes through the ritual of cleaning up the table, even THIS has a way to it. It's own sort of ritual. And once it is complete, the table looks as though no one had even been there*
utu_balasteer: *watches the ritual closely* "... " *she wants to tell him so badly but wouldn't dare outright say it now. after having been with him 'alone' again with Chu'Si. not wanting to go through that again. just catches his eyes a few times.. the look on her face probably saying it all. she more than just cares about him. and unlike most of the women that Elex meets she doesn't want to rape him*
mrc0006: (Here's an interesting twist...) *at an off glance, hell use empathy on her, for a gauge of her emotions... he probably shouldn't need to... but the poor guy, he's dense sometimes*
utu_balasteer: she has a, probably, unhealthy devotion to him. Love? you betcha. like a first love's love. she just wants to curl up with him and sleep the nights away. like a teddy bear. now whether she's the teddy bear or he is...
mrc0006: (Another matter entirely...) *blushes slightly, for no apparent reason to her, and finishes his ritual cleaning. He then walks up to her, looking down at her slightly. His expression is a hard one to read. Like many of his facial expressions, it's not clear what he's thinking* "One-chan." *walks up to her and gives her a hug. It's a warm, inviting and gentle embrace. Yet at the same time, there is that silent strength or power in it* "I will miss you while I am gone. Perhaps... in the night... if you think of me, think of what I am to you. Believe in it. I can visit you in your dreams..."
utu_balasteer: *embraces him in return, not able to form words. and trying to not use her full strength*
mrc0006: *holds for a few, precious, moments, before finally releasing himself from that embrace, however, he places his hands on her shoulders and looks her in the eyes* "One-chan, now I must ask you to do something... You will not want to do it, you will fight it with every part of your being... I know you will, for I can feel it within you." *he continues to look at her, a slight frown forming on his face* "I ask you now... to leave me here..." *points directly at her chest, her heart actually* "...but do not leave me here. For that is where it means the most to keep others."
utu_balasteer: *looking him back in the eyes, those crystal blue eyes, teared up, she takes his hand, she sniffs* "would it be so wrong to say that I love you... even.. if you have a mate.. "
mrc0006: "Would it bring comfort to One-chan... if she said that?"
utu_balasteer: "It would bring . One-chan.. comfort if she could express it beyond words... "
mrc0006: *smiles slightly* "An expression of love, One-chan... Real love... it is a gift one should not give out lightly, or without due thought..." *looks to the side for a moment before looking back at her* "I will make you a promise, One-chan. Right here... and give my word, an oath, to it. Say whatever it is you wish for me to remember you by now. So that I may consider those words, and take them with me wherever I may go. I promise, that upon my return, I will be more than happy... to accept any form of love you wish to express to me."
utu_balasteer: *speaks in the purest form of dragonese* "my spirit longs for you.. it may never be whole without you somewhere nearby. if this is what is known as love.. then I am most sincerely in love with the one here with me now.." *holding onto Elex's hand* "I love his culture.. his heart. his strength. fortitude. charisma. his ability to live without having to just survive. As much as I would like to go with you.. I know you have to go alone."
utu_balasteer: "I feel selfish saying that.. knowing that you have a family..."
mrc0006: *looks to the side, he's blushing deeply now, he looks back at her after a moment and nods* "I will remember these words, One-chan, and so I will remember you..." *smiles sadly* "And now... we must say, 'until we meet again' One-chan." *smiles again, closing his eyes this time in the process* "Until we should meet again, One-chan..."
utu_balasteer: "We will meet again. And I hope to be with you in spirit until then. as you will be with me. " *knows that smile, using Empathy right back at him*
mrc0006: He's saddened about what he has to do, what he's doing, and believes he's hurting her by doing it... but in all that, he has this unquenchable sense of hope that just doesn't seem to want to go away.
utu_balasteer: *feels some kind of relief that she knows his feelings* "hey... " *she gets.. closer to him, a pocket of the dragon pride and wild energy opened up inside her*
mrc0006: *opens his eyes and his smile fades away* "Yes, One-chan?"
utu_balasteer: "When a Great Horn loves you you will be back.. and she'll have to come looking for you. right? " *giving a reassuring smile*
mrc0006: *smiles and nods his head solemnly* "Hai, One-chan. That is right."
utu_balasteer: *gives him a final hug.. and a kiss on the cheek.. * "Then until we meet again. Je ne." *and she's leaves. heading back to the mansion*
mrc0006: And... that's a wrap.
mrc0006: Hope that was enough... character defining drama for ya. I certainly know it was for me.
