I thought I would share since not everyone got to see all the subtleties of the game and unless the party wants to piss off a hero to the race that produced Emma, Drs. Westhaven and Qismit will not appear again.
(513) BastardGM: Amy gets 450 for being historical on the group, Chetna gets 450 for going on a date for comic books in the hood, Emma gets 500 for being educational, Euthemius gets 450 for being puritanical, Fibi gets 450 for getting Iago and, Jesse gets 400 for having a distinct lack of enthusiasm for the Big Apple
(513) BastardGM: When we last saw our antaganists, they studied and made their way to the lecture given by Emma's hero, the Strategist. The date is now 8 Jul 101 PA and they are waiting for the lecture to begin. As they waited, Euthy took his leave citing loose morals and women.
(518) Fibi: "So have we decided where we are going to take the professor if we have to evacuate him from the hall? Shall we try to take prisoners? It seems if there are the enemy here they may have more useful information. My martial arts is pretty good at debuffing bad guys."

(513) BastardGM: And the department chair for the archaology introduces Dr. Larry Westhaven and Dr. Roshana Qismit. Dr. Westhaven is a short, skinny, geeky looking guy. His partner is a couple inchise taller, but she's in high heels and looks like she was a dancer.

(513) BastardGM: The crowd is dispersed and Westhaven makes his way to Emma. Qismit still has admiring male students asking her questions

(524) Amy: *grins at Eclipse* "Hey, I can't beleive you actually asked him that, by the way" *grins* "I would be surprised, first time. do you attend his classes?"
(515) Eclipse: "Nah... I uh.. do part time studies." she's eyeing Amy somewhat suspiciously. "What's your major?" it's easy to see that she has sharp fang-like teeth. She's a good bit shorter than Amy too!
(513) BastardGM: (Well, Amy is statuesque)
(514) Emma: (whispering): "Your half brother is my grandfather. My father is Pan. I know that family connections of that sort hold little weight for you, and I am not trying to ask favors on account of the relationship. I... was surprised to encounter you, and wished to make certain of your safety. Your companion is not human, and there is a vampire... and my companions and I were sent here by a seer who was vague... and i'm starting to babble... sorry... it's just... you are unique and the future will need you, and I was worried..."
(524) Amy: *leans in to wisper* "Magic, duh, just like you tried to pull on me"
whispering to Emma, "Allright, look, I want nothing to do with my family's machinations. You can take your friends and vague augires and go elsewhere with them. I know what my companion is. She came to me with it after it happened. This talk was a favor to her to help her get back in more reputable circles"
(515) Eclipse: *smirks up at Amy, speaks in hughed tone* "Alright... so you a magician then... funny." she takes a breath and calmly asks, "What are you, really? we can talk elsewhere if you want."

(515) Eclipse: "I suddenly gotta use the bathroom..." and she walks down a hallway, glancing back to see if the tall lady is following.
whispering to Emma, "You are enthusiastic and caring. But I am done with my father's meddling. I appreciate your concern, but she and I can fend for ourselves just fine. I do hope you enjoyed the lecture though"

(514) Emma: *gets up and leaves. Scans for the vampire and heads that way, assuming that is where my people will be.*
(515) Eclipse: "call me Eclipse if ya need to call me anything... Amy." she nods, hopping off the sink. "So what are you? I can smell you aren't like the others around... you with Westhaven and his lady? She's... strange."

(524) Amy: "Don't really know much about those two, a friend of mine was worried and wanted to check out the situation so we did." she grins "By the way, do you know what Ms> Westhaven is?"

(514) Emma: *Heads to the bathroom. but stops when I see the gathered crowd* "Hello." *looks pretty bummed out*

(514) Emma: "She said that we would find what we were looking for among the dead, and violence would find us... if i'm right and you are what we are looking for... well... that means part two could hit any minute and this would be a really bad place for a serious fight."
(515) Eclipse: "...I can't help but to feel insulted at being refered to as 'dead'... I am not dead nor was I ever dead... so introduce me to the rest of your crew?"
(513) BastardGM: I think this is a good stopping point
(514) Emma: "Vampires are dead, your nature comes from them. According to the myths Damphirs are half vampire, but that dosn't make you dead, just from them... and Damphirs are also supposed to be super vampire hunters, so you are pretty much the opposite of a vampire even if you are half vampire..." *mutters* "Babbling again... I need to stop that..." "At any rate, we should go, really soon." *gets amy to tepepathically round up the troops.*
